The company is closing its book on July 28 for the upcoming right issue, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till July 27 will be eligible to apply for the right shares.
The company is issuing 50 percent rights shares of its paid-up capital. It will issue a total of 4,032,875 units of right shares to its existing shareholders.
Previously, the right issue was approved by Electricity Regulatory Commission on January 26.
As per the company, it is issuing the right shares to promote 10 MW Sipring Khola Hydropower Project in Dolakha District.
