The company is conducting its 20th AGM on August 2 in Lisara Reception, Bhagawati Bahal, Naxal at 12:15 noon. Previously, the company was supposed to conduct the AGM at 4 PM.
The meeting will approve proposal of maintaining 65:35 ratio of promoter and ordinary shareholders, amend article and memorandum of association, endorse BOD appointed directors and appoint and auditor.
In this regard, the company closed its book on July 25, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till July 24 are eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
