NEPSE Lists Shares of Asha Laghubitta after Acquiring Rastra Utthan Laghubitta

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed shares of Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (ALBSL) after acquiring Rastra Utthan Laghubitta.

NEPSE listed 2.6 million units share of the Rastra Utthan Laghubitta in the name of Asha Laghubitta.

Asha Laghubitta acquired Rastra Utthan Laghubitta with a swap ratio of 1:1.

Along with the listing, NEPSE delisted former Rastra Utthan Laghubitta from its index.
