Unilever Nepal Raises Net Profit by 18%

Unilever Nepal (UNL) has raised its net profit by 18.68 percent in the last FY.

The company earned net profit of Rs 1.83 billion in the review period compared to Rs 1.54 billion of the corresponding period of the previous FY.

Increase in income helped to boost its net profit.

During the period, its operating income increased by 15.64 percent to Rs 8.48 billion compared to Rs 7.33 billio of the review period of the previous FY. similarly, its other income increased by 58.95 percent and total income by 16.34 percent. similarly, its total expenses increased by 15.25 percent.

 The company has paid-up capital of Rs 92.1 million and retained earning of Rs 4.26 billion.

It maintained EPS of Rs 1,986.97, net worth per share of Rs 4,734 and P/E ratio of 83.85 times.
