Vision Lumbini Obtains IPO Approval

Vision Lumbini Urja Company has obtained approval from Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue initial public offering (IPO) on August 22.

The company obtained SEBON approval to issue 3,825,000 units of shares worth Rs 382.5 million.

The company has appointed Muktinath Capital as issue manager.

The company is constructing 25 MW Seti River Hydropower Project in Kaski, Machhapuchchhre Rural Municipality.
