The board of directors meeting of Kumari Capital decided to close its book on September 4 for dividend distribution.
Thus, the shareholders registered in its book till September 3 will be eligible to obtain the announced dividend.
Kumari Capital is distributing 10 percent of cash dividend to Kumari Equity Fund (KEF) and 6 percent cash dividend to Kumari Dhanbridi Yojana (KDBY).
Kumari Equity Fund and Kumari Dhanbridi Scheme are promoted by Kumari Bank.
