On the day, NEPSE lists 12,000,000 units right shares of the company.
The company issued 12 million units of right shares worth Rs 1.20 billion at a ratio of 1:0.75 from June 5-August 10.
Following the right issue, the paid-up capital the company has reached Rs 2.80 billion.
Currently, the company is operating 4.5 MW Mai Khola Small Hydropower and 8MW Mai Small Cascade Hydropower Project.
