Sanima Bank (SANIMA) has announced dividend of the last FY.
The board of directors meeting of the bank held on September 14 decided to propose 9 percent stock and 5.70 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subject to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
Salapa Bikas Bank has allotted recently issued initial public offering (IPO) to the general public on January 9.
