Both companies are issuing 1:1 right shares to their existing shareholders. Accordingly, Rapti Hydro will issue 6,127,938 units of shares having face value of Rs 100 and Dordi Khola will issue 10,542,604 units of shares with a face value of Rs 100.
The companies will issue the right shares after obtaining permission from Electricity Regulatory Commission.
