The company is conducting its AGM on October 13 in Royal Kusma Resort, Kusma, Parbat at 1:30 pm.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 17.9342 percent cash dividend including tax to the shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to carry out merger/acquisition with suitable partners, amend its article and memorandum of association as per the requirement of regulatory bodies.
In this regard, the company is closing its book on October 5, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 4 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
