The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 29 percent stock and 1.5263 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Similarly, the meeting will approve change in authorized, issued and paid-up capital. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to make required adjustment in article and memorandum of association as per regulatory direction.
In this regard, the bank is closing it sbook on October 3, thus the shareholders registered in its book till October 2 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
