Similarly, Citizens Bank International (CZBIL) is conducting 17th annual general meeting on October 13 in Amritbhog, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu at 11 am. The meeting will approve a proposal to distribute 5.79 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Likewise, NIC Asia Bank (NICA) is conducting 26th annual general meeting (AGM) on October 15 in Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu at 9 am. The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 29 percent stock and 1.5263 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
