The board of directors meeting of the company held on October 2decided to propose 10 percent stock and 0.5263 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
In order to approve the proposal, the company has called out AGM on November 9.
In this regard, the company is closing its book on October 11 thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 10 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
