Kumari Bank Obtains Approval to Issue Debenture

Kumari Bank has obtained approval from Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue a debenture on September 25.

The bank is planning to issue 10 percent debenture worth Rs 5 billion.

The bank will issue 5 million units of debenture at a face value of Rs 1000.

The debenture ‘10% KBL Debenture 2090’ will have a maturity period of 10 years.

Out of the total offered units, the bank will sell 2 million to the general public and 3 million to private financers.

The bank has appointed Nabil Investment Banking as issue manager.
