In order to add the product, CDSC is amending Securities Transaction Clearing and Settlement Bylaws, 2069 (6th Amendment).
CDSC has already sent the Bylaw for amendment to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). As soon as SEBON approves the Bylaws, CDSC will add the product, informs Purna Prasad Acharya, CEO of CDSC.
The product will include a data package related to the domestic stock market including technical analysis, fundamental analysis, SMS alert on stock fluctuation, financial reports of companies, dividend history, IPO issues and a share application feature. Investors will have to pay additional money to get the extra feature in Meroshare.
