The company had issued 2:1 right shares from August 20 to September 17. The company issued 4,032,875 units of right shares, out of which, 44,794 shareholders were allotted 3,469,614 units of shares.
The remaining 563,261 units of shares will be auctioned by the company.
The company has appointed Sanima Capital as the issue manager.
