NEPSE adjusted the stock price of at Rs 247.43 after adjusting 9 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 269.70.
Sanima Bank is conducting its AGM in October 19, in Kundalini Durbar Banquet, Chandol, Kathmandu at 11 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 9 percent stock and 5.70 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and appoint and auditor.
