Shine Resunga Development Bank has announced the dividend of the last FY.
The board of directors meeting of the bank held on October 10 has proposed of distributing 10.5 percent stock and 0.55 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subject to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
Reliance Spinning Mills has allotted recently issued an initial public offering (IPO), issued to the general public, on January 2.
