NEPSE Lists National Hydropower's Shares After Acquisition

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed shares of National Hydropower (NHPC) after acquiring Sunkoshi Hydropower.

The company had acquired Sunkoshi Hydropower at 1:0.25 ratio.

NEPSE listed 25,0000 units of shares of Rs 100 each.

Previously, the company had 16,417,920 units of shares listed in NEPSE. Following the additional listing, the company now has 16,442,920 units of shares listed.
