Unnati Sahakarya to issue FPO, SEBON Approves Prospectus

Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (USLB) is set to issue further public offering (FPO) to the general public.

The company is planning to issue 178,451.18 units of FPO at a face value of Rs 100.

In this regard, Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) approved FPO prospectus of the company on October 13.

The company has appointed Siddhartha Capital as issue manager.
