Life Insurance Corporation Calls Out AGM; Skips Dividend Proposal

Life Insurance Corporation (LICN) has called out annual general meeting (AGM) on December 4 in Nepal Prasasanik Prashikchyan Pratisthan, Jawalakhel at 11:15 am.

The meeting will approve annual reports and appoint an auditor. The company has skipped an agenda of dividend distribution thus it will not distribute any dividend for the last FY.

For the AGM purpose, the company will close its book on November 27, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 26 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
