The meeting will approve a proposal of amending sections 6 (A) and (B) of its article of association.
The company has not propose any dividend to its sharehodlers.
In this regard, the company will close its book on November 23, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 22 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
