The board of directors meeting of the bank held on November 17 decided to propose 5 percent stock and 26.57894737 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subject to approval from its upcoming AGM.
The meeting has also proposed conducting its 49th AGM on January 11, 2024 in the conference hall of Nepal Pragya Bhawan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu at 10.30 AM.
In this regard, the company will close its book on December 21, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 20 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
