Both companies are closing their books on November 23 for upcoming annual general meeting (AGM), thus, the shareholders registered in its book til November 22 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) is conducting its 37th AGM on December 10 in Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali at 1 pm.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 19 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders. Similarly, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD and appoint an auditor for upcoming AGM.
Similarly, RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (RSDC) is conducting its 10th AGM on December 1 in Western Asian Hotel, Butwal, Kalikasthan at 9 AM.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 8.6 percent stock and 0.4526 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will approve proposal of restructuring its capital proportion to 51:49 of promoter and ordinary shareholders, amend article and memorandum of association, delegate authority to BOD and appoint an auditor.
