Unnati Sahakarya had issued 178,451.18 units of shares from November 7-10. In the issue, a total of 1,072,768 applications were received in which 1,072,443 applications were approved while 325 applications were cancelled.
Given that the issue was oversubscribed, the allotment took place as per Securities Allotment Guidelines under which 17,845 applicants were provided 10 units of shares through lottery. Out of them, one lucky applicant was provided one additional unit while one provided 0.18 unit of share.
