The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 13.01 percent dividend including 12.3599 percent stock and 0.6505 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Similarly, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners.
In this regard, the company is closing its book on January 7, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till January 6 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
