United Modi Hydropower to issue 100% right shares

United Modi Hydropower is set to issue 100 percent right shares to its existing shareholders.

The board of directors meeting of the company held on November 29 decided to propose 1:1 right share in its upcoming AGM.

The company is issuing the right shares to invest in hydropower project.

It will issue the right shares after obtaining approval from regulatory bodies and AGM.
