Nabil Bank has called out 39th annual general meeting (AGM) on December 29 in Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu at 10 am.
A board of directors meeting of the bank held on November 30 decided to call the meeting on the day.
The bank has proposed of distributing 11 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from the AGM.
The gold price has continued to fall while the silver price has increased on March 24.
