The bank which called out AGM on December 29 has now scheduled the AGM on December 28. The bank will conduct the AGM in Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu at 10 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 11 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, it will delegate authority to BOD to amend its article of association and appoint an auditor.
In this regard, the bank is closing its book on December 15, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 14 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
