NEPSE adjusted the stock price at Rs 640.89 after adjusting 12.35 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 720.10 per unit on December 7.
The company is conducting its annual general meeting (AGM) on December 20 in Amrapali Banquet Catering and Events, Baluwatar Marg, Kathmandu at 11 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 13.01 percent dividend including 12.3599 percent stock and 0.6505 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Similarly, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners.
