Issuing a first quarterly review of Monetary Policy, the central bank has deducted the weighted risk of real estate loans and margin lending.
“The weighted risk of real estate loans and margin lending above Rs 5 million issued by Banks and Financial Institutions (BFIs) has been set at set at 125 percent,” states NRB in the review.
