Last day to secure dividend of 8 companies

Today is the last day to secure dividend of eight companies. The companies including ICFC Finance, Sikles Hydropower and Himalayan Distillery are closing their books on December 29 while Radhi Vidhyut is closing its book on December 31.

Similarly, Aatmanirbhar Laghubitta, Ghorahi Cements, Support Laghubitta and Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta are closing their books on January 1.

Therefore, the shareholders registered in their respective books till today, December 28 will be eligible to attnd the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.

ICFC Finance (ICFC) is conducting its 20th  annual general meeting (AGM) on January 14 in Amrapali Banquet, Thirbam Sadak, Bhatbhateni at 10 am.The meeting will endorse a proposal to distribute 6.5 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend the article and memorandum of association, elect three directors from ordinary shareholders and appoint an auditor.

Sikles Hydropower (SIKLES) has called out 19th  annual general meeting (AGM) on January 10 in Aavya Club, Dharipatan, Pokhara at 11 am.The meeting will approve a proposal of distributing 6 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.

Himalayan Distillery (HDL) is conducting its 23rd AGM on January 10 2024 at 10 am in its registered office at Birgunj, Lipanibirta. The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 10 percent stock and 15 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.

Similalry, Radhi Vidyut Company (RADHI) is conducting its AGM on January 14, in its office premises, Tripureshwor at 11 am. The meeting is attenable through webinar as well.The meeting will endorse a proposal distributing 4.75 percent stock and 0.25 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.  Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and appoint an auditor.

Aatmanirbhar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (ANLB) has called out its 5th AGM on january 13 in Hotel Mala Inn, Ghorahi, Dang at 11 am.The meeting will endorse a proposal to distribute 10 percent stock and 5 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association, elect directors from ordinary shareholders and appoint an auditor.

Ghorahi Cements is conducting its 3rd AGM on January 13 in Hotel Pauwa, Dang District Ghorahi Sub Municpality ward no 15, Bharatpur at 9 am. The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 15 percent stock dividend to its shareholders. Apart from dividend proposal, the AGM will approve proposals of amending article and memorandum of association, approve transaction reports, elect director from ordinary shareholdes and appoint an auditor.

Support Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (SMB) has called out 9th  annual general meeting (AGM) on January 12 in Durga Party Palace, Itahari, Sunsari at 9.30 am.The meeting will approve a proposal of distributing 13 percent stock and 0.684 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merge/acquisition with suitable partners and amend article and memorandum of association, increase paid-up capital, elect 4 directors from promoter and one from ordinary shareholders and appoint an auditor.

Sana Kisan Laghubitta has called out 22nd  annual general meeting (AGM) on January 14 in Agriculture Development Bank Training Centre, Bode, Bhaktapur at 11 am.The meeting will approve a proposal of distributing 14.25 percent stock and 0.75 percent cash dividend to its shareholders . Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association, forward merger/acquisition and elect directors.
