Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (DDBL) has announced dividend of the last FY.
The board of directors meeting of the company held on February 14 morning decided to propose 10 percent stock and 0.52632 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
Wean Nepal Laghubitta (WNLB) has allotted recently issued further public offering (FPO) on April 20.
