Siddhartha Premier Insurance (@SPIL@) is closing its book on February 23 while Swarojgar Laghubitta is closing its book on February 25 for the upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till February 22 (the last trading day before closing) will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
Siddhartha Premier is conducting its 30th AGM on March 13 in Lisara Reception, Bhagwati Bahal, Kathmandu at 11 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal to distribute 11 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. moreover, the meeting will appoint 4 directors from promoter and 2 from ordinary shareholders. the meeting will also delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and appoint an auditor.
Similarly, Swarojgar Laghubitta is conducting its 15th AGM on March 9 in Nepal House, Hattisar, Kathmandu at 11:30 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 7 percent stock and 0.3684 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. Moreover, the meeting will approve proposal of issuing FPO, forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners, delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and appoint an auditor.
