The company announced of distributing 23.80 percent stock and a cash dividend of Rs 48.4 million to its shareholders.
The company has also announced of issuing 27 percent right shares of the paid-up capital maintained after bonus share distribution.
The board of directors meeting of the company held on February 23 decided to announce the dividend and right shares.
The proposed dividend and right share are supposed to be approved by the Nepal Insurance Authority and its upcoming AGM.
