The company is conducting its 27th AGM on April 9 in Amritbhog, Kalikasthan, Dillibazar, Kathmandu at 10 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 5 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. moreover, the meeting will elect four promoters and two ordinary shareholders as directors, delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association, appoint an auditor and elect an individual director.
