Samling Power’s Sales Decline; Loss Rises

Samling Power Company  (SPC) has published third quarter report of the current FY. As per the report, its sales has decline during the period.

In the review period, the company earned sales of Rs 195.5 million. The sales declined by 5.04 percent compared to Rs 205.9 million of the corresponding period of the last FY.

During the period, the company’s net loss increased to Rs 19.9 million from earlier Rs 8.5 million.

In the review period, its total profit declined by 6 percent, operating profit by 8.27 percent while its financial expenses increased by 0.76 percent.

The company logged LPS of Rs 5.31 and net worth per share of Rs 108.84.

The company with Rs 500 million in paid-up capital has reserve fund of Rs 44.1 million.
