Jalpa Samudayik Laghubitta (JALPA) and Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (KLBSL) have obtained final approval from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) for merger.
NRB provided the final approval for the merger of the companies on June 11.
Moreover, the central bank approved a proposal of starting their joint transaction in the name of ‘Matribhumi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha’.
Forward Microfinance Laghubitta BIttiya Sanstha (FOWAD) has announced dividend of the last FY.
