NEPSE suspended the stock trading of both microfinance companies under ‘Merger and Acquisition of Public Companies, 2079’ section 9 as they are about to start joint transaction after merger .
The companies are starting their joint transaction on July 11 with a name of Matribhumi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha.
Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) provided final approval to the companies on June 11.
