NEPSE Suspends Trading of Kisan Laghubitta and Jalpa Laghubitta

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has suspended stock trading of Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha and Jalpa Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha.

NEPSE suspended the stock trading of both microfinance companies under ‘Merger and Acquisition of Public Companies, 2079’ section 9 as they are about to start joint transaction after merger .

The companies are starting their joint transaction on July 11 with a name of Matribhumi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha.

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) provided final approval to the companies on June 11.
