The company is auctioning the shares from today to September 18. The interested existing shareholders as well as any individual, companies and institution can bid for a minimum of 1000 units of shares at a minimum price of Rs 300 per unit.
The bidders can submit their bid through issue manager NIMB Ace Capital.
