The board of directors meeting of the company held on September 11 decided to propose 20 percent stock and 5 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from its upcoming AGM.
Moreover, the meeting decided to conduct its 23rd AGM on October 4 at Yak Palace, Pulchowk, Lalitpur at 11:30 am.
Apart from dividend proposal, the AGM will approve a proposal of issuing FPO, amend article and memorandum of association, and delegate authority to BOD to fulfill requirements as per regulatory bodies and others.
In this regard, the company will close its book on September 20, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till September 19 will be eligible toa attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
