The hotels has proposed of distributing 5 percent stock and 0.26316 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
In order to approve the proposal, the company is conducting its 27th AGM on October 6 in Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC), Jawalakhel, Lalitpur at 11 am.
Apart from dividend proposal, the meeting will approve proposals of amending article and memorandum of association, approve annual and financial reports of last FY and appoint an auditor.
In this regard, the company will close its book on September 23, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till September 22 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
