Global IME Bank (GBIME) has announced dividend of the last FY.
The board of directors meeting of the company held on October 7 decided to propose 5 percent stock dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has published a new list of listed companies eligible for margin trading. According to the chapter 3 (8)1 of the Margin Transaction Facility Procedure, 2082, NEPSE has qualified 123 companies for trading.
