Following the book close NEPSE adjusted the stock price at Rs 764.35 after adjusting 15 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 879 on October 15.
The company is conducting its 19th AGM on October 27 in Lisara Banquet, Naxal, Kathmandu at 11 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 15 percent stock and 0.789 percent cash dividend for tax purposes to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting also decided to issue 80 percent right shares of the paid-up capital maintained after bonus share distribution.
