Issuing a press statemnet, the bank informed that it relocated its branch located in Budhibazar, Pokhara Metropolitan City, Ward no. 26 to a new location at Hallanchowk (Lakeside), Ward no. 6 of the same metropolitan city.
According to the statement, customers of the relocated branch can access services from Lekhnath (Talchowk) branch, Ward no. 27 – approx. 3 KM North from the current branch location.
Moreover, the bank has inaugurated its 27th Extension Counter at Batulechaur, Pokhara Metropolitan City, Ward no. 16 to expand its services further,
Additionally, another branch is Gaur Municipality, Ward no. 3 of Rautahat district has been relocated 30 meters East within the same ward for convenience.
"With this move, the bank will now be able to expand its services in newer and previously underserved areas. The newly relocated branch is equipped to offer a full range of retail banking services to its customers and expand its services to small and large businesses," reads the statement.
