On the day, NEPSE adjusted the stock price at Rs 713.62 after adjusting 6.50 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 760 on November 26.
The bank is conducting its 38th annual general meeting (AGM) on December 10 in Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali at 9.30 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 6.50 percent stock and 19 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders. Similarly, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD and appoint an auditor for upcoming AGM.
