Mathillo Mailung Khola Jalvidhyut Calls Out AGM

Mathillo Mailung Khola Jalvidhyut (MMKJL) has called out 11^th AGM on January 9, in Celebration Heights, Kathmandu, Sukedhara at 11 am.

The meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition and amend article and memorandum of association and appoint an auditor.

In this regard, the company will close its book on December 27, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 26 will be eligible to attend the AGM.

NEPSE publishes list of 123 companies eligible for margin trading

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has published a new list of listed companies eligible for margin trading. According to the chapter 3 (8)1 of the Margin Transaction Facility Procedure, 2082, NEPSE has qualified 123 companies for trading.
