On the day, NEPSE adjusted the stock price at Rs 488.18 after adjusting 10 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 537 on December 23.
The company is conducting its 13th AGM on January 13 at 11 am in Celebration Height, Sukedhara, Kathmandu.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 10 percent stock and 0.5263 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
