The company is closing its book on January 6 for the upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till January 5 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting its 30th AGM on January 13 at 11 am in CIT Building, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of 7 percent stock and 6 percent cash dividend. Moreover, the meeting will elect one director each from the promoter and ordinary shareholders.
