The company is closing its book on January 23 for upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till January 22 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting its 25th AGM on February 12 in Hotel Viswa, Birgunj at 9 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 21.05 percent dividend including 10 percent bonus and 11.05 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association, elect three directors from ordinary shareholders and appoint an auditor.
